I actually like voyeuristic skimpy outfits of the anime. Partly because I'm a guy and, hey, girl parts, but also because it has a logical function within the context of the story, a matter of skin exposure equating user control. It also helps that, within the tradition of fanservicey animes, Kill La Kill doesn't feel the need to exaggerate female anatomy very much in order to make it sexier. The fact that the males in this series often dress as skimpily as the women also makes it feel more balanced [and makes me feel like less of a pig for enjoying it all, too].
That said, these more 'conservative' depictions of Senketsu are really good, and I do like this one in particular.
